How I lost 20 lbs. in 8 weeks eating real food!

I get lots and lots of questions of what I eat on my plan. FOOD! I eat REAL food! I know there are a ton of "plans" and "programs" and magic pills and potions that all promise to get you to your weight goal. Trust me, I know, because I have done ALL OF THEM! So I thought maybe a visual as to what a daily log of my food intake looked like would be helpful. Yeah, its real food. Nope it wasn't pills or shakes or cleanses that got me here.


Yes, I do order my food from a company. But, all the food is shipped to me uncooked. They do this so they don't have to fill it with yucky preservatives that are detrimental to our health. They are also PACKED full of vitamins and minerals to keep me strong and healthy along the weightless journey.


Today, I didn't feel like cooking. Honestly, I'm tired and just wanted something quick to eat so I microwaved one of the ready made lean and green meals. YUMMY! It's called Chili Lime Chicken but tastes just like tortilla soup! I'd love to share all the details with you about how me and my friends have lost well over 100 pounds in just a few short months!

I love myfitnesspal.com because they already have all of my food programmed. Also, at the end of the day when you are done tracking you just click "complete my diary" and they give you this nice little remainder that, hey, if you stay the course and stick to it, this is where you could be in 5 weeks! I'll take all the encouragement I can get, am I right?
